good idea-bad idea

i remember a few days ago this cartoon that used to be showed in animanics, the one of the skeleton guy who did the same things twice, but in one of the situation was a good idea and in another was a bad idea, so i guess it could be applied to bioshock... lol

don't ask why i know it is sometime a good idea and some time a bad idea to smash the healt stations...
